Returns Policy

Here at Leigha’s Affordable Luxury, we have a NO REFUNDS Policy. 😊

However, our only exception concerns the $25.00 Zi Necklaces Collection. Should you ever find your Zi Collection Necklace to be less than “luxurious,” then you will have three days (72 hours) from confirmed delivery to be eligible for an exchange of your purchase.

Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, are broken due to misuse, or are damaged due to negligence WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE.

To receive a return/  exchange, we must receive the damaged item for inspection, and you will also need to send a photo to our email at leighasaffordableluxury@gmail.com with your name and date in the subject area. If the same item is still in stock, then we will gladly issue a replacement. Otherwise, you will receive an item of equal value.

As much as we want you to love and enjoy your BLING, it is very important that you also properly care for your jewelry. All orders will be carefully inspected before being mailed to you and will be packed so that your purchase of Affordable Luxury arrives to you in the best condition possible. Proper care of your Affordable Luxury will indeed result in many happy memories, but mere negligence will surely cause your BLING to lose it sparkle very quickly.
